- Acted on the acquisition of a manufacturing business from administrators, providing pragmatic and timely advice to ensure a smooth operational transition and continuity for customers.
- Advised a shareholder on a multi-million-pound exit from the company, supporting a clean separation in as tax efficient manner as possible.
- Advised on a multi-million-pound joint venture to launch a new production facility, creating an agreement to coordinate technical and commercial input from both parties to establish the new business.
